How to fix Xbox Stick Drift

I figured out how to fix stickdrift when I was a teenager who couldn’t go out and buy a new controller every 6 months lol. There is a better way that involves desoldering and soldering new housings which is IMO harder and more time consuming. Have fun, enjoy learning and be careful as these components are extremely fragile.
