Tsuchida Livestock, a Wagyu Beef Farm in Akita Tsuchida Livestock, located in Ugo Town, Akita Prefecture, is run by a married couple in their 30s. Hidenari Tsuchida is the third generation to take over the family business started by his grandfather. His wife, Momo, originally worked as a dairy farm employee at another company, married into the family. A childhood experience sparked her fascination with cows, and she decided that her dream was to work with them in the future. Although she switched from dairy farming to Wagyu beef, she has now become a valuable asset at Tsuchida Livestock. Thanks to this, two years ago, they built a new barn and expanded their operations.
