Andy Stephenson Sworn In as Goshen's 23rd Police Chief

Andy Stephenson officially became the 23rd chief of the Goshen Police Department during an oath of office ceremony held Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Goshen Theater. Mayor Gina Leichty administered the oath of office before residents, community leaders, public safety personnel and family members.
