In this episode, we will be visiting the best selling product in the township of City of Elmina. They have designed, built and handed over so many homes already therefore there is really nothing much to pick on their products. From the design perspective, they were the one of the first to introduce ramps into the bathrooms, column-less car porch, along with a complete set of features, all presented up front to customers. The best thing is after so many revisions, the team is still doing the best in improving their product. So what's the difference? The answer is the amenities around the township. From highways to amazing award winning parks, to the brand new Elmina Lakeside Mall, to the forest reserve, along with the recent announcement of the series of schools to be built, and the industrial park that is taking place.
