Our All in All | Worship Set | 11.7.23

Hihiiii Jeeye unnie’s viewers :") for those of y’all who don’t know me… my name is Jessica/Jess!! highkey unreal that this all happened but sososooo thankful to have had an opportunity to worship with Jeeye unnie again hehe ◡̈ whether it be for some devo time with the Lord or a long 45 min drive, hoping y’all can just join us in a time of worship~ A lil context for this set: Being in a season with a lot of things going on and different responsibilities, I think it is so easy to fall into the temptation of pushing Him to the side and thinking “God, I need to do this right now so I’ll talk to you later” or saying “nah God I got this, I can do it on my own”. I often forget that the one I should be really prioritizing in my life is the Lord but I get so carried away with the things especially because “it’s for the Lord” or church related. In times of the busyness, I just felt the Lord slow me down and just say “Jess serve/live your life from a place of overflow not from a place of your own strength because you will fail”. God has placed so many people in my life to help guide me and support me with a prayer, a word of encouragement as simple as “Jess you are doing great”, or a physical hug. sheeshhhh the Lord really knows what I truly need and provides everything at the right time. Looking at myself, I’m so prone to being burnt out with everything on my plate right now butttt I have so much confidence in the Lord that He will continue to pull through and shepherd me. My life verse Psalm 73:26 says, “My flesh and heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever”. after set: yo sheeshhh in the beginning i was definitely soso nervous, rushing, and my voice was a lil shaky lolll but as we were singing and worshipping a wave of calmness took over and it was like the old days of just simply giving God the praise with just a guitar and keys. A constant heart posture of surrendering all of the hardships and acknowledging the simple truth that God is all we need… God is so sufficient… We messed up here and there but I wanna believe that God is so pleased with our worship not in a prideful way but just offering back to the Lord all He has given us.
