When the first electric cars were launched, their high price and limited range discouraged potential customers. In the fall of 2022, Citroën unveiled the Ola concept car to the world – a play on words, as it's an O-L-I on the one hand, and an All-E on the other – all electric. A year later, Citroën unveiled the fourth generation of the C3 city car.
