Busking in Chester - 2nd Round for the Buskers World Cup in Gwangju

So we got through the first round of the Buskers World Cup! If we get through this 2nd round too, we will be going to South Korea in October. Fingers crossed! Our general plan is to continue to Japan and Australia from there, and Marga wants to stop off in Hawaii. 😊 The moving video footage is from our latest addition to our equipment, an iPhone 11 Pro Max, arranged by my son in law Simon, at a very generous discount. Thanks Si! The stabilisation quality is excellent, so we will be using this for all moving footage from now on. This year has been all about increasing quality, both in audio and video. Can you notice the difference? I am extremely happy with Loopy Pro, my looping app on iPad. It allows me to do a complete remix of everything I play live. I am now also using apps on the iPad for the rhythm sounds, namely Digistix and DrumJam, both excellent. The Akai mpd128 is a great controller for triggering them, and makes an impressive replacement for the Wavedrum I used before. The latest addition to my equipment is the LD Systems Maui GO 100, battery powered. Such a beautiful sound. I can hear everything so clearly when playing on the street, with all the details of the various loops. It makes me play better. As I am writing this, we are making our way along the coast of Wales, hoping to take the ferry from Fishguard to Dublin soon. Even (or maybe especially) in the rain, Wales is stunning, with low-hanging clouds hugging the mountains on all sides. Join the Adventure here: https://linktr.ee/Markus_K
