Pica d'Estats 3.143m 🏔️ | Vía Gabarró (PD) | 7.5 x 3.000

One of the most beautiful approaches I've made in the Pyrenees, although it's a very physically demanding route if you do it in a single day. The ascent of Pica d'Estats (3,143 m) from La Molinassa via the Gabarró route adds a bit more excitement, and we also pass by two peaks over three thousand meters (Rodó de Canalbona and Gabarró). The most technical part is the ridge between Gabarró and Pica d'Estats. On the descent, we linked up Pico Verdaguer, Coma de Riufred, Montcalm, and Sotllo and Sotllo Norte, although we didn't actually reach the latter, as the GPS indicated it was where we were.
