Nath says with folded hands, O Lord, remove this doubt of mine. The expansion of the body's blanket, may life be saved by it. The original man created desire, the desire is strong in Niranjan. The desire is Brahma Vishnu Mahesh, the desire is Sharad Gauri Ganesha. The world was born from desire, the five elements and three qualities are spread. When the Alakh Purush contemplated, he threaded 84 threads. A blanket of five elements was woven, and made up of three qualities. Then I, the soul and Brahma, am Maya, and the Satguru played such a trick. Five and twenty-five stitches were applied, leaving lust, anger, pride, and attachment. Now, see the expansion of the body's blanket, saints, it is unfathomable and boundless. [Part 2: Yoga Sadhana] The moon and the sun both appear as shadows, the sleeping ones awaken with the Guru's grace. [Part 3: Phalasruti] When the body and mind sought knowledge, then one attained Nirvana. The eight lotus petal chakras were discerned, the yogis understood themselves. Ida went to Pingala's house, the Sushumna kept the water flowing. Om Soham Tatva was contemplated and kept in the Bank Naal. The path of the mind ascended to the sky, bathed in the Manas Sarovar. The sins were left behind and Alekha was found, with these eyes I saw Alakh. Egoism and pride were removed, the room in the heart was illuminated.
