This house, a three-generation home for a grandmother, her husband, and her unmarried son, embodies the desire for daily enjoyment of the park while maintaining separation between the individual household areas and seamless connection within the shared space. A separate multi-purpose hobby room was also established as a key feature of the living space. With a building-to-land ratio of 50%, the unused space serves not as mere space but as a key element in organizing daily life. The courtyard is located at the center of the southwest parcel, and the layout of the courtyards interspersed between the front road and the park creates order among the rooms. The central courtyard connects to the living room, dining room, and annex hobby room, and expands into three areas, including a side yard connected to the piloti parking lot. These courtyards connect to the family room, master bedroom, and children's area on the second floor, weaving together the family's life. The courtyard and the park form a landscape axis perpendicular to the rooms, creating diverse landscape frames. On the first floor, a deep view extends from the parking lot through the courtyard and side yard to the park. Inside, the courtyard and park are simultaneously perceived, centered around the living room. The transparently planned hobby room and each room on the second floor have different seating orientations and views, incorporating a fluid, multi-layered landscape experience into everyday life. This is a spatial device that expands the everydayness of the residence.
