Is Warmog's on Soraka the tea or a flop?

Just me trying out Warmog's on Soraka and trying to be as unbiased as possible. The build I am following is from a coach who really likes rushing Warmog's on Soraka and maxing W. NOTE: I could have bought Lucidity boots in lane for the extra movespeed to get away from some deaths BUT a lot of the fights in bot were my ADC dying so boots would not have saved them anyways.
