Echigo Tokimeki Railway is known for its resort train, "Setsugetsuka." Setsugekka isn't the only popular train. This tourist express train runs on nostalgic rolling stock built in the 1960s and '70s. It's a veteran vehicle beloved by fans and travelers. In fact, the driver behind the wheel is also a veteran himself: Tokitetsu's renowned driver, Bando Masayuki.
