Strawberry Jam in Bread Machine

Thank you so much. 4-5 c frozen or fresh strawberries 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c sugar 3/4 packet (box) pectin low or sugar free box. If using more sugar you may want to use the whole box of pectin. Mash strawberries according to your preference on how chunky you like your jam. Add sugar and pectin Place pan in bread maker and choose jam setting. After cycle is done let sit in pan for about 10-15 min Pour into jars with lids off let come to room temp, then place lids on and set in refrigerator to set. Enjoy ! Mine set up in about 3-4 hours after refrigerated. Or leave in fridge over night. Just a follow up…. This Jam turned out perfect just the right amount of sugar and set up great! Will use this recipe again!!! Freeze for up to 1 yr or after opening best when ate within 3 months. Always keep refrigerated .
