Hi everyone, Jonathan here. Thanks for stopping by to check out this first episode of what I hope to create into a series. This show has been a labour of love to get to the screens. At the moment it's just a pilot, a concept and it's by no means perfect, but I hope it suitably conveys what I am trying to accomplish. I've worked in international real estate for more than 22yrs, including a few years as a BBC1 presenter. I wanted to take what I've learned to create a brand new property show that is fresh, interesting and hopefully entertaining. The concept is simple enough: create a show that provides an objective analysis of whether a particular property market is ripe for investment, and interview local experts to explain this to the audience through me. I believe that buying real estate should be fun and the hardest part is getting the money together. The rest should be an enjoyable exploration of different options to see which one best aligns with what YOU want. With those principles in mind, I am setting off on a journey to see in which markets a 'foreign' buyers capital will perform best.
