❤️​ to “ Malissa Burrell, 65, was born January 8, 1961, to the late Eddie Dubois and Levester Sanders in Memphis TN. She resided in Memphis for years and later on moved to Springfield Illinois. She resided in Nicholasville KY for years which she considered her home. She lived a fun-loving and rewarding life. She will be remembered for her beauty, strength and wisdom. Malissa gave her heart to the Lord and is at peace. Malissa leaves a void in the hearts of many; a loving soulmate, Steven Haynes, three children, daughter, Dontreal Morton, (TN) and sons, Donterius Morton, Marcus Jackson (IL); eleven grandchildren; Tyler, Kobe, London, Amiya, Abraya, Amarah, Hasani, Omari, Channing, Donterius Jr. and Rashyia. four sisters, Sandra Palmer (Stephen), Jackie Morton (IL), Lagretta Morton (IL) and Laticia Morton; two brothers, Larry Whitfield (Patricia) and Andre Morton (CO) (Jennifer) and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.   Malissa’s wishes will be honored and she will be transported back to her hometown of Memphis and memorialized privately among family members in Nicholasville, Memphis and Springfield. Morgan Funeral Home has been selected to facilitate arrangements. ”
