Since then, she has been developing an innovative and resilient approach: introducing intra-plot agroforestry with the support of Arbre et Paysage 32, progressively raising the vines to 1.70 m to limit the effects of frost, and integrating sheep into rotational grazing in 100% grassed vineyards. 🐑 Thanks to her sheep, she naturally enriches the soil, while reducing the need for mowing and pruning. A beautiful synergy between vines, trees, and animals, serving a vibrant and sustainable agricultural ecosystem.
