Why is my co-worker a Doll??

Dollmare is horror game based in a toy factory were you have to choose to approve or dispose of the different dolls being made. In this playthrough I got haunted by a baby pennywise and my co worker as a doll !! Every choice you make is watched over by the Supervisor who you cannot see.
