Sisters make Crousèt: An Ancient Italian Pasta That May Have Inspired Orecchiette
We've never filmed this pasta before, and we're very excited to share it with you. Luigina and Marisa teach us how to make Crousèt, a traditional handmade pasta from Vinadio in Italy's Stura Valley. They also share the fascinating local legend linking Crousèt to Queen Giovanna I d'Angiò and the origins of orecchiette. They have an association called Rasdouireto, founded to preserve this unique culinary tradition.
