July 7-11, 2024 We love Cape Town, even in the rain! Our week long visit happened to coincide with stormy weather that led to a lot of flooding and damage in the area. We were fortunate that the AirBnBs we were staying in weren't too affected apart from scary noises from the wind and rain and about 24 hours without water. Fortunately, there was a break in the weather on our first full day there, so we were able to enjoy downtown Cape Town.
