Healthy at 70!!
Almost Ten Years ago, I Struggled with Several Chronic Diseases, even though I Exercised and tried to eat a healthy Diet. I found through Experience things that I could do to Help my Illnesses and Get my Life Back. Diet played a large role, because I was Pre-Diabetic, and High Blood Sugar was causing me Severe Joint Inflammation, and Low Mobility. I also began to have Issues with Hypertension, and was having Chest Pain related to Constricted Blood Vessels. Today, Due to Improved Diet and Exercise, I have Reversed these Disorders, and may have prevented new ones from appearing.
