A domestic comedy, "Tony draws a horse" stars Cecil Parker & Anne Crawford as a married couple who have opposing views on how they should bring up their son, with a relaxed and progressive mother competing with her sterner and more disciplinarian husband. No 35mm print of this film now seems to exist, when shown by C4 in about 1990 only a 16mm print was available and this may explain why the film has slipped back into obscurity. Plenty of familiar faces in the supporting cast include Edward Rigby, Dandy Nichols, Derek Bond & Mervyn Johns, with direction in the capable hands of comedy expert John Paddy Carstairs.
