CTA Purple Line Full Ride Loop to Linden - RailFan Window!

Today, we're at Stete/Lake station to hop on a Purple Line train for a full ride to Linden! Yes, yes, I know, it's not a full ride. Yeesh! I'm trying to maximize my time here! I consider this close enough! This was an interesting ride, with some interesting commentary courtesy of two riders. Nonetheless, the view is great, and we even got some excitement out of it! Just north of Addison station, a trip arm was extended and put our train into emergency braking! The operator had to stop and inspect the train, and presumably reset the brakes, before we could continue. Keep an eye out for a closer look at that next week!
