Try out this Street Style Beef Nalli Pulao and let us know how it turned out. #BeefNalliPulao #StreetStyleRecipes #SehriRecipes #SooperChef Beef Nali Pulao (Street Style) Ingredients for garam masala sachet: Muslin cloth Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds 2 tbsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp Black peppercorn 1 tsp Cloves 8-9 Cinnamon stick 1 inch Black cardamoms 2 Bay leaf 2 Star anise 1 Ingredients for Stock: Water 2 ½ L Beef meat + bone marrow 1/2 kg + 2 Onion 1 cup Garlic cloves 6-7 Salt 1/2 tbsp Green chilies 4 Garam masala sachet Ingredients for Pulao: Water (for soaking) as required Guard Basmati Rice 2 cups Oil 1 cup Onion (sliced) 1 cup Whole garam masala 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chilies 3 Boiled beef & bone marrow Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup Yogurt 1/2 cup Beef stock 5 cups Salt 2 tsp / to taste Directions for Garam masala sachet preparation: 1. In a small bowl place muslin cloth, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf and star anise. 2. Tie a knot and set aside. Directions for Stock Preparation: 3. In a pot add water, beef meat, bone marrow, garlic, onion, green chilies, sachet and salt. 4. Bring it to boil and remove the scum. 5. Partially cover with lid and simmer on medium heat for 40-45 mins or until meat is tender. 6. Separate the meat and bone marrow from the prepared stock and strain it. Set aside. Directions for Pulao: 7. In a bowl add water and add Guard Basmati Rice. Soak for 25 minutes. 8. In a pot heat oil, saute onion until golden brown. Add garam masala and saute for 1 minute. 9. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and cook for 2 more minutes. 10. Add boiled beef, bone marrow and cook for 2-3 minutes. 11. Add tomatoes and yogurt. Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil separates. Separate the bone marrow from it and set aside. 12. Add beef stock and salt. Bring it to boil. Add soaked rice and boil until 80% water dries out. 13. Cover with lid and steam for 12-15 minutes. 14. Dish out the pulao, microwave the bone marrow and serve on top. 15. Enjoy beef nali pulao with bone marrow.
