BMW R1150GSA | Left-Hand Cam Chain Tensioner Swap

The cam chain was rattling due to the original tensioner. I swapped it for the updated version out by a lake in the forest for the vibes. The new tensioner fixed the chain noise, but the throttle body butterflies are still rattling. It makes the final result difficult to hear, but that is a separate fix for a later date.
