The roots of my nature: (English version)

The English version of the Nasanian ballad: Thu atla vyn edjin fhrydhun. Lyrics: The wind blows through the grass, Across the steppes of my homeland. The earth green and brown, Damaged by traces of hooves, Of the endless galloping riders, On horseback. So I follow the way of my nature, Which goes from one place to another, So my soul follows the way of freedom, In peacetime. But when the resound of the horn calls me! I shall rise! And fight for the interests of Khan and fatherland! With axe and sword in hand, Unbreakable for the pride of my tribe! Nor do I long in war for peacetime, And shall I smother blood, So that I may return to that time of freedom, In which the hooves of the horses gallop, Across the plains, And the wind caresses my hair. So that I may return across those familiar steppes, To my wife and child, The origin of my tribe. Written by: Rick Wesseling©
