Sewing Machine Alterations: Learn How To Change Jeans Into Jean Shorts

I changed my Jean pants into Jean shorts, by measuring them, cutting them and then sewing a new hem. I purchased 2 pair of jeans in the store, tried them on and they fit. Once I got home I didn't care for how they fit my legs anymore's, so I turned the one pair into shorts and adjusted the hem on the 2nd pair all with my sewing machine.
