Purpose & Passion is a basketball documentary series based off 2x Adventist All-American and DMV Guard Matthew McKenzie. The Star State Championship Takoma Guard has found many recent success in the hoops world and claims it all to be with the help of God! Episode One is based around the audience getting to know Matthew for who he is as a student athlete and child of Christ. Hearing many different perspectives of who he is to others why he does what he does. The film holds clips of him leading Takoma Academy Varsity Basketball to a 2-0 record in the Capitol Hoops Summer League this past week, as he strives to win the league with help from his previous state champion teammates.
