'Goner: someone doomed, a hopeless case.' So this song has been on my 'to edit' list for a long, long time, but I could never think of what to do with it... until now. Revisiting Torchwood has honestly set off so many sparks of inspiration - and you've all been leaving such kind comments and words of appreciation on my works! Also I just find this is so fitting for Owen - he hides his soft side beneath a really rough exterior. He's been through so much rubbish (using the polite term so YouTube don't call me out on it) and Torchwood really was the best and worst enemy he could have. He died twice, he wanted to die long before then, but changed his mind, he wanted to save lives and in the end couldn't because he was dead. He lost everyone he loved; his fiance and Dad to death, and his Mum because she didn't care and he almost killed his friends, and pushed away the woman he loved. Honestly, I have far too much love for this character despite really wanting to hate him at times. There's a few sound issues tucked in here but I didn't want to re-render it because the sound of the show is quiet (so I had to make it louder and try to avoid the music) and the song is quiet, so yeah, I left it be. Also I wasn't sure about the text. It ended up way larger than it looked... oh well. Hopefully it still looks okay! It's a little simple and a little rough, but I kinda liked that - it felt like it fitted. Once again, I'm going to put it out there now, I am not responsible for any emotional state caused by this edit. Sorry this a bit gloomier than I wanted to bring to you, but it was next in my 'to upload' queue (I like to try and think I'm organised). And also sorry this is scheduled to premiere 30 mins later than planned - my internet has been a right pain today!
