I tried Aikido and train with Ramlan Ortega Shihan.Ramlan Ortega Shihan  6th Dan (Yoshinkan Aikido)  Chief Instructor of Aikido Shudokan Malaysia & Singapore  Founding member of Aikido Shudokan International Born in January 1968, Ramlan Ortega is married with 7 children. From a very young age, Ramlan Shihan has had an affinity for the martial arts. His earliest journey in the Martial Arts began with him learning Silat from his uncle and also dabbling in Tae Kwan Do during his school days. His truly calling to Martial Arts began when he began training Aikido 30 years ago and he hasn’t looked back since. He began his Aikido journey in 1994 and received his 1st Dan black belt from Kancho Inoue Kyoichi Sensei (10th dan) who was then the Headmaster of the International Yoshinkan Aikido Federation in Japan circa 1997. Ramlan Ortega Shihan became a student of Thamby Rajah Sensei (Founder of Aikido in Malaysia) in 1998 and, one year later, received his 2nd Dan.
