Discovering T+A’s Future and Dutch & Dutch’s New 6c — Hi-Fi in Germany and The Netherlands

In April 2025, our SoundStage! Travelers video crew headed to Germany and The Netherlands for a deep dive into two European hi-fi innovators. Their first stop was T+A elektroakustik, where they went to see the Symphonia amplifier—but soon discovered there was more in store. Alongside a closer look at the Talis 330-series loudspeakers, they also captured a moment of major significance: the transfer of ownership from company founder Siegfried Amft to his son, Conradin Amft, marking a new chapter in T+A’s history. Next, the team traveled to Rotterdam, home of Dutch & Dutch. Known for the acclaimed 8c active loudspeaker, the company was preparing to unveil its long-awaited sibling—the 6c. After more than six years of development, the 6c brings the same room-corrected, DSP-driven approach to a more compact form. Join us as SoundStage!
