Solo Iatros One phase (Ethical) with new grapple tech

IMO this encounter is the funnest solo in the game. One of the only solos where you get to use unique movement tech that actually makes a difference in your gameplay. That + somewhat skillful damage tech makes this encounter goated. If you're wanting a fun challenge or wanting to get good at grapple movement & damage, then definitely go for this. You can't clear without the aforementioned so gl. What is the new grapple tech? Essentially, after every grapple melee, you swap to your other shotgun or weapon. What this does is it puts you back into first person quicker than if you didn’t switch weapons. This lets you pull your gun out and shoot a bit sooner, which over multiple grapple melees ends up increasing DPS. It’s not a massive difference by any means but it is noticeable. As far as I'm aware I'm the first to discover this as I have not seen anyone else doing it but let me know if I'm wrong on that! A bit off extra stuff on grapple melee damage: It’s actually faster to hold a single shotgun the entire time and just hold mouse1. When you do this, the gun will sometimes fire while you’re still in third person, which saves time and lets you grapple melee sooner. However, this isn’t consistent on taller bosses like Iatros or Agrios, since you are forced to shoot straight forward so most of the pellets go through their legs and as a result One-Two Punch doesn’t proc consistently. Because of this, the method I show in the video is best for this boss. Loadouts: Running: https://dim.gg/twqgxzq/1-Phase-Iatros... Damage: https://dim.gg/bzkqi5y/1-Phase-Iatros... Thanks goat ‪@Haminator1‬ for showing this is possible.
