Toucan 1600 Baler. Piston Repair Part 2. Bushing Replacement. =========================== In this video, you'll see how I overhaul the piston on a Toucan 1600 baler. In the second part, I identified significant play in the piston push rod. This particular component wasn't being lubricated because the grease channel was clogged. Bushing wear causes significant play, requiring replacement every season or after 20,000 bales. The part numbers for all the parts that were replaced are at the end of the video.
