System metrics focus on infrastructure robustness and energy delivery under stress, while operational metrics capture the utility's ability to detect, respond, and restore. Drawing from real-world utility applications and recent grid disruptions, the session introduces a framework for measuring resilience in a manner that supports investment decisions, regulatory alignment, and community expectations.
