Welcome back to my channel! I am just chatting about how this cyclospora outbreak 🦠 is COMPLETELY ruining my meal plans. 🍽️😩 I had everything ready to go. I had found ways to make our favorite foods with better macros. I had all the items in my cart for grocery pickup after putting everything into MyFitnessPal. I figured out the calories and macros. I thought we were set...THEN BAM. Don't you know about the outbreak...no. So I started to research, and obviously more info comes out as time passes. The meal plan I originally designed was focused around moderate portions of favorite foods paired with cooked veggies AND side salads to really bulk out the meals.
