TRANSPARENCY: To encourage transparency and goodwill in all dealings within and outside the African American community, especially as it concerns the business of AAAG and interaction with one another. INTEGRATION: To support the integration of African Americans into Ghana culture and society. UNITY: To embrace Pan Africanism, broadly defined to strengthen interaction that mutually benefits all persons of African descents. EDUCATION: To educate African-American about Ghanaians culture and norms. AAAG also seeks to educate the Ghanaians about the African-American experience and culture. RESPECT: To encourage respect for the basic human and civil rights of all Africans.
