CELEBS NIGHTMARE: ‘KETAMINE QUEEN’ SELLS MATTHEW PERRY DEADLY DOSE, MAKING DEAL?

Court documents reveal new details about the suspects in Matthew Perry's ketamine overdose death, and how they were identified. "Ketamine Queen" Jasveen Sangha has already been implicated in a second overdose death, and prosecutors say due to the volume of drugs in her possession, Sangha likely has more victims. So called 'street dealer' Erik Fleming, who once served as program director at a Bel-Air rehab facility, Red Door, also had a resident die of an overdose on his watch. Brooke Mueller, a close friend of Fleming's, is said to have convinced her then-boyfriend William Cooney to join her at Red Door, where he later overdosed and died. In fact, Mueller also spent time with Jasveen Sangha at another rehab, and photos have surfaced of Sangha posing with Mueller's ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Mueller may well have introduced Fleming and Sangha to Perry as a means to facilitate his addiction. Federal prosecutors report that Mueller is cooperating with the investigation and is not facing any charges. Meanwhile, Dr. Salvador Plasencia has posted a $100,000 bond and is still practicing at his Calabasas urgent care clinic. Plasencia still has an active unrestricted medical license, but is banned from prescribing controlled substances and must advertise the details of his felony case at the front door of the clinic.
