The sizes are on the right. (One layer is used to print all sizes at the same time!) To print only your size: uncheck the other sizes (see layer icons) WHILE KEEPING THE ASSEMBLY LAYER and PRINT GRID. Print your pattern at 100% scale, in black and white. Finally, IMPORTANT: before printing the entire document, print the first page to test it. Check that the document is at the correct scale by measuring the 5cm x 5cm square. There you have your pattern; all you have to do is assemble it using the assembly layout. The pattern indicates the base and seam allowances. They are 1 centimeter.
