Serving the North | Bringing Hope to the Rendille Communities of Marsabit | Documentary

Serving the North is a documentary that follows a humanitarian mission led by the National Muslim Leaders Forum (NAMLEF) in partnership with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to support vulnerable Rendille communities in Marsabit County, Kenya. Over several days, relief teams travelled across challenging terrain to reach remote villages, delivering essential food supplies and clean water to families affected by prolonged drought and environmental hardship. The mission successfully reached 3,011 households across 24 villages with food assistance and 2,142 households across 16 critical sites with clean water, bringing hope to communities where access remains a daily challenge. This film goes beyond the statistics. It captures the resilience of the people, the dedication of volunteers, and the power of partnership in serving those who need it most.
