SMaSH stand for "Single Malt and Single Hop". It is a beer brewed from only one malt and one hop variety. Experienced brewers test with SMaSH beers to see what a new grain, hop or yeast will provide. You can also brew a SMaSH beer if you need/want to brew but only have limited supplies. SMaSH beers can be great lawnmower beers. Perfect to relax with after an afternoon of mowing lawns and looking after gardens. There's no Brewfather recipe or recipe profile for this as it's not something I'd brew again. I will brew SMaSH beers again, but not this combo. Besides, it's not a complicated matter to come up with a SMaSH beer recipe.
