I Realized I Was Putting Myself Last

For the past six months, I've worked hard to build routines and non-negotiables that support the life I'm trying to create. Then I came home. Without even realizing it, I slipped back into old habits of fitting everyone else into my schedule first. By the end of the day, the one commitment I'd made to myself, documenting this Year of No Plans, kept getting pushed to the very bottom of the list. This video is about boundaries, rest, rebuilding routines, and the reminder that the things we say matter most have to be protected before life fills every empty space.
