MOTW Bali Episode 5 - Greeting Sea Communities, Les Village Temple Tour & Waterfall Trek #travel

We arranged a 5-day program with Les Village Sea Communities for our stay in the north. We will be guided on different land and sea activities, in attempts to understand the livelihood and culture of the locals, and their efforts in protecting both marine and land ecosystems. Day 1 activity is split into two episodes. In this episode, we greeted Les Village Sea Communities’ core members, put on sarong and toured their Pusah Temple, and trekked to their waterfall. I’ve been to Bali quite a few times, but this is the first time I’ve ever toured their temple. Learning the structure and function of each building, together with the origin of their culture and beliefs, are some things I really love experiencing.
