This video shows how and why Spell Family Snoballs is the undisputed king of customer service! In this video I demonstrate the art of engaging in conversation with the customers while working at the same time. Customers come in all shapes and sizes, different age groups, different weather conditions, all make up the determining factors for small talk in the customer serving line. If customers are conversing among themselves (talking to each other) no conversation is necessary. When dealing with kids keep a funny rhyme on hand and wait for proper delivery. The Spell Family Snoball stand is open year round and 7 days per week, so we get a wide variety of customers here and many of them are kids. One thing to remember when talking to kids is that they are paying customers. Make sure their experience is a good one, be friendly, courteous and most of all keep the line moving.
