こんにちは。スウェーデン在住のtanukoです😊 すっかり秋を感じるスウェーデン。 お友達の庭のラズベリーがたくさん実ったので、ベリー摘みを楽しんで来ました。 摘んだラズベリーでハーロンカーカ(ラズベリーケーキ) を作ってFikaの時間😋💕 後回しにしていた植木鉢も買いに行きアロエさんを植え替えました。 大きな鉢になり、なんだかアロエさんも嬉しそうです☺️ 《 Hallonkaka / ハーロンカーカ 》１７５℃のオーブンで約３５分 ・たまご ２個 ・砂糖 １５０ml ・中力粉 ２５０ml ・シナモン 小さじ１ ・ラズベリー ２００ml ・バター 約５０g 無糖のホイップクリームやバニラアイスを添えても美味しいです💕 今回は１８cmの型を使いました。 《 BGM 》 ・Beauty In The Mundane (Bird Of Figment feat.
