There will never be another Roy Book Binder

Roy Book Binder's genius was not just in the fingesrtyle guitar tradition, nor was it his supreme taste in prewar Gibsons, and not even his fast wit and humor (though that was second-to-none). From my experience, when you hung around Roy, you truly felt seen. He could take a crowd full of folks and make each person feel like the show was just for them. There was so much magic in that guy, I'll sure miss him.
