How to put up an X-pole pole into the ceiling mount

Here is my slow explanation for how to put an X-pole pole into the ceiling mount. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the ceiling mount. This is NOT a pressure mount. It needs to be firm/have some resistance to turning but you should be able to keep rotating the pole up higher without much trouble using only your weakest hand. Note: I have marks on the floor so I know it is level. It is VERY important that the pole is level. Use a level to check before rotating the pole counter clock wise and make adjustments as needed.
