Stuck in Germany because the police forgot their password.

The new Entry and Exit system is in full swing in Europe, meaning border police now need to take our fingerprints and photographs when entering and leaving the EU. I was the first GA pilot to be subjected to the new checks at this German airport, but the border police couldn't find the password to log-in to the system - so we're stuck here!!
