I went to the Hokkaido Buffet at the Super Dining "Rilassa" in the Tokyo Dome Hotel! This buffet featured dishes made with ingredients discovered by the chef himself on his travels around Hokkaido. It's a long-standing Hokkaido fair, and it was clear that every dish was carefully prepared. My absolute favorite was the seafood parfait. It was small enough that I could have as many refills as I wanted. Other dishes included all-you-can-eat options, including crab dishes, roast beef, and authentic Chinese cuisine like ramen.
