F150 Manual Window Regulator Replacement

#F150 #Ford #AutoRepair In today's video I'll go over how to replace the Driver Side window regulator in a 2007 Ford F-150. This was my first time replacing a regulator, and things went pretty smoothly. Couldn't find anything that went over the manual regulators, just the electric ones, so I figured I document and post for others out there. I'm replacing the OEM regulator with one I picked up from Rock Auto. Part is Ultra-Power 752220. This part matched to the OEM with the exception of the top left mounting point. I had to drill a hole for the mounting bolt to go through to secure this point of the replacement regulator. I used a spacer on the backend to keep the regulator track in line with the rest of the regulator and keep from getting any binding when the window is rolled all the way up. This fix required a drill, and the Nylon spacer. Otherwise, the replacement bolted right into the OEM mounting points without issue.
