Our First Weeks Back in the UK! Life after Australia, Jet Lag & Next Steps ☺️

Aloha amigos! I hope you are all doing so so well! Spend a few days with me as we adjust to life living back in the UK! From interviews to non stop yawning we really have been adjusting to home life! I also got back to doing some baking! Here’s my homemade granola recipe as promised ❤️ High-Nutrition Gluten-Free Granola Mix Dry ingredients 300g certified gluten-free rolled oats 100g chopped almonds 75g walnuts, roughly chopped 50g pumpkin seeds 50g sunflower seeds 30g chia seeds 30g ground flaxseed 30g hemp hearts 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp sea salt Wet ingredients 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or melted coconut oil 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg white (optional, for extra protein and crunch (I doubled this recipe to get a larger batch) Cook at 160 degrees fan for 25-30 mins ( I cooked for 45 mins for extra crunchy!)
