Welcome to Afghanistans First Christian Graveyard "Kabre Gora" The Kabre Gora, originally a British military camp during the Second Anglo-Afghan War, notably the site of the 1879 Siege of the Sherpur Cantonment, is now officially designated as the Christian Cemetery. Locally, it is referred to as the Kabre Gora, meaning the 'foreigners' graveyard'.
